Common issues
The radar isn't showing
Make sure you have an internet connection. Tiles are served from a Cloudflare CDN — if you can't reach tiles.austinsradar.com in a browser, neither can the app.
Location button doesn't work
Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Austin's Radar — make sure access is set to "While Using the App" or "Always".
Can't subscribe / paywall won't load
Subscriptions go through Apple's App Store. If the price doesn't appear or the purchase button is disabled, sign out and back into your Apple ID in Settings, then try again. If it still fails, email me.
I subscribed but I still see ads
Tap "Restore Purchases" in the paywall. This re-syncs your subscription state from Apple. If that doesn't fix it, force-quit the app and relaunch.
Cancel a subscription
Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Austin's Radar → Cancel. The ad-free perk continues until the end of the current paid period.
Refunds
Apple processes all refund requests for App Store subscriptions. File a request at reportaproblem.apple.com.
